This is for agents who wish to own their boards but don’t want the hassle of erecting them.
As part of this service we will: -
Erect a board as instructed
Attach a sold/let by slip when requested
Retrieve the board when requested
Store the board and clean ready for next time
Advise you when stock levels are low
This means you still own your boards, but we do all the erecting in the wind and rain (and occasionally sunshine) for you.
We will charge you one fixed fee per new listing to cover all the above work. You can choose whether to supply posts, or opt for us to supply them.
Standard slips/riders are provided free of charge, but individual or special slips/riders are priced per letter. |
